Patient Data Collection securely collects all the patients health information electronically and allows facilities to use that data for backend reporting and integration. Our software allows facilities to create their own custom forms (such as pre-op assessements, CMS requirements, Pre/Post Op Instructions, etc.) to present online to their patients. Staff Scheduling allows staff to be notified instantly of their schedule for the following day/week via text and email and allows the staff to confirm there place on the schedule via text message. Custom reporting brings data together across all modules of our platform such as patient data collection, surveys, staff scheduling, job posting and training. COMING SOON...Patient Billing allows your patients to pay their bills electronically online directly from your website. Patients go to your website, submit credit card information and the funds are deposited directly into your account speeding up the accounts receivable process tremendously. The Billing component is expected to release in the first quarter of 2015.
Our Training module allows you to upload custom training to maintain and build your employees skillsets and maintain their expertise. It also creates a plaform for facilities to standardize processes and procedures and have all personnel train on the specifics of the facility.
